Third Person Press is pleased to announce the forthcoming release of To Unimagined Shores: Collected Stories by Sherry D. Ramsey. Sherry's stories have appeared in serial publications and anthologies in Canada, the US, and Australia, and are collected here in one place for the first time. The collection also includes a new, never-before-published story in her popular "Albettra" series. Launch dates and details will appear here soon!

"Sherry D. Ramsey's short stories are filled with vibrant characters, good writing, and thrum with humanity, even when there aren't many actual humans in the story. If you're expecting to hear from us by mail, you should have something soon, but keep the rolling postal strikes in mind. :) Thanks to everyone who submitted; we had a record number of subs this time around and the quality of the stories was very high. Help Rebuild the Slave Lake Library

Alberta author Judith Graves recently blogged about efforts to rebuild the Slave Lake library, which was destroyed in a fire just days ago. We all understand how important our libraries are to our communities, and if we all do just a little, we can make this happen.

Details of how you can help (with donations of books or funds) can be found on the Peace Library System website.

Please consider helping out with this worthy project.
